Rawson Recovery at Iron View Fitness

This massage service will focus on your areas of complaint. We will work together to set our goals for this service. 
Sessions shorter than one hour are great for focusing on 1-2 specific areas (i.e. neck/shoulders, OR low body, etc.). 
Sessions one hour or longer can allow for a full body massage or more thorough work on your areas of choosing. 
Longer sessions are great for focusing on your areas of need more thoroughly while also providing a full body massage if needed.

Massage Therapy

This service provides both massage and stretching. 

Depending on your area of focus, you may be clothed or unclothed, but draped with a sheet. The service may be provided on the massage table, on the stretch mat, or a combination of both.

Shorter sessions are great for focusing on 1-2 areas.
Longer sessions are great for getting thorough work on your areas of need or to include more areas, such as full-body work.

Combination Massage and SportStretch®

SportStretch® is a fully clothed, mat-based routine to warm you up pre-workout, provide a post-workout stretch, or can be used as a longer session on your recovery day. 
Recommended to wear athletic clothing.

We will work together and set our goals for this service based on your needs.

*Shorter sessions are great for pre-workout or post-workout. 
*Longer sessions are better for post-workout, for your recovery day, or any time not immediately before your workout.
